PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability when opening a cellular phone, with respect to the folding type cellular phone having its structure of being opened automatically by operating a button. SOLUTION: The cellular phone 50 has an operating-key-side housing 51 having operating keys, a displaying-portion-side housing 52 having a displaying portion, and a hinge 53 for coupling the operating-key-side housing 51 and the displaying-portion-side housing 52. In the state of folding the cellular phone 50, in both its side surfaces, recessed portions 112, 113 for opening in a wrenching way which are used when opening the cellular phone 50 are formed between the operating-key-side housing 51 and the displaying-portion-side housing 52.
