PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain excellent liquid absorbability and allow an absorber to easily bend when an absorbent article is attached.SOLUTION: The absorbent article having a longer direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction orthogonal to one another includes: an absorber having liquid absorbability; and a top sheet for covering the absorber from the skin side in the thickness direction. The absorber has a bending guiding line along the longer direction for guiding the absorber to protrude and bend towards the skin side in the thickness direction. The absorber and the top sheet are bonded by a plurality of dot-like compression parts. The dot-like compression parts are not formed at least in central parts in the longer direction of bending guiding areas at both the sides of the bending guiding line in the width direction each of which has a width not greater than the thickness of the absorber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
