<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recorder and an information reproducing device for increasing the multiplicity of hologram recording while keeping a constant crosstalk amount. <P>SOLUTION: In a hologram recording and reproducing device 100, an even number of luminous fluxes including reference light 13a and 13c around signal light 12 is provided in a pupil surface of an objective lens 6, the even number of luminous fluxes of reference light is arranged so as to be rotationally symmetrical around the optical axis of the signal light 12 to thereby provide constant Bragg null width of a hologram recording medium 7.
