PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a program for power control wherein a dynamically changing power consumption can be stably managed without installing a power management program for each electrical apparatus on the power control information providing means (power control server) side, a printer, and a power control information providing device.

SOLUTION: The power control server 101 provides information related to power control from one or more electrical apparatuses (102, 103). The power control server is provided with: an electrical apparatus terminal C for inquiring an available power through a communicating means (L); and an operation mode determining means (electrical apparatus terminal C) for determining the operation mode of each electrical apparatus based on the result of the inquiry by the electrical apparatus terminal C.
