A CD case is provided to keep CD easily by pressing a button device and block the dust entering through the CD inlet with an insertion membrane. A CD case comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, an intermediate plate for keeping two CDs at the same time, a button device(4) mounted on the top plate and edge, a fastener(7) and a spring(6) for maintaining the button parallel with the top plate, and a holding device(5) which clamps the center opening of CD in order to prevent the shaking.
