PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for blending a promoter, a fixation agent and a diluent and applications to amine blushing and amine blooming elimination.SOLUTION: The invention is a development of partial application of patent literature 1. A promoter, a fixation agent and a diluent disclosed in the patent literature 1 have too long curing time after mixing with epoxy resins, polyurethane resins, polyurea resins and polyisocyanate resins and further generate serious defects such as amine blushing, amine blooming or tread surface phenomenon. Therefore, the invention has more advancing and notable effects and wider application property compared to the patent literature 1 because it added improvement and reduces curing time, and removes serious defects of the resin under a condition with constant blend and ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
