An on-ground swimming pool having no necessity of dismantlement in the rain is provided to have no necessity for dismantling the whole swimming pool even if the surrounding area is flooded, and to prevent a swimming pool from being washed away or damaged by hydraulic pressure, etc. by simply separating a waterproof sheet. An on-ground swimming pool(100) includes a swimming pool frame unit(110) having a space formed at the center and a plurality of first circulation holes formed on facing sides respectively and a plurality of second circulation holes formed on the bottom to make the circulation of external water possible, and opened upward, a counter-weight member(124) provided to the ground, a connecting member(122) for connecting the counter-weight member and the swimming pool frame unit, a support unit(120) for fixing the swimming pool frame unit on the ground, and a waterproof sheet(130) for housing water in the space.
