PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the leakage of an anisotropic conductive material.SOLUTION: A display device 100 includes an insulating substrate 10 with flexibility, an insulating layer 20 formed on the insulating substrate 10, and a plurality of terminals 40 formed of a conductive material formed on the insulating layer 20. The insulating layer 20 is provided avoiding a region between the plurality of terminals 40.
