A premix cement composition for early strength expression, and a cold weather concrete composition containing the same are disclosed. The premix cement composition for early strength expression, of the present invention, comprises: a self-heating slag comprising C3A (3CaO·Al2O3) as a main mineral and containing 20 wt% or more of Al2O3; cement; and gypsum. In addition, the premix cement composition for early strength expression, of the present invention, further comprises a particle classification and high-fineness cement classified by particle and having a fineness of 6,000 cm2/g or more, wherein the mixing ratio of the cement and the particle classification and high-fineness cement is in a range of 60-90 : 40-10 by weight. |
