The invention relates to an electric motor comprising a stator (10) having a laminated core defining notches (15) receiving conductors of a main winding (11), characterised by the fact that the electric motor comprises an isolated passive circuit comprising an auxiliary winding (13) wound in said notches, and capacitors (Cu, Cv, Cw) associated with the phase windings (14u, 14v, 14w) of said auxiliary winding.
