PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator remote inspection system such that the labor of the service person is reduced and the inspection time is shortened. SOLUTION: In this elevator remote inspection system, image data for comparison including a camera positioning mark attached to a device to be inspected beforehand and a car position where the image data for comparison was photographed are stored beforehand. A car is disposed at the car position corresponding to the device to be inspected when the device to be inspected is designated. The requirements for camera work under which the camera positioning mark for the image data on the device to be inspected is overlapped with the camera positioning mark for the image data for comparison on the device to be inspected are determined. When the camera positioning mark on the device to be inspected for the image data taken in is overlapped with the camera positioning mark for the image data for comparison on the device to be inspected, the taken-in image data is sent to a remote terminal.
