PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film with high productivity which has a transparent conductive layer having a conductive component uniformly dispersed even in a coating film after coated and dried.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film 1 comprises a hard coat layer 4 on one face of a base film 3, and a transparent conductive layer 2 comprising a conductive component on the other face of the base film 3. The transparent conductive layer 2 comprises at least one of a fluorine-based leveling agent and a silicone-based leveling agent, and an acrylic dispersant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
