A panel type indoor LED lamp and a ceiling floodlight are provided to reduce power consumption and expand a life span by exchanging each of panel modules or each of LEDs in case of disorder. A panel type indoor LED lamp includes LED lamps(10), a panel(20), a translucent cover(30), a converter circuit(40), a power line(50), and an enlarging mirror. The LED lamps(10) are attached to the panel(20). The enlarging mirror is attached to each of the LED lamps(10). The translucent cover(30) covers the whole panel. The cover(30) shields or diffuses light emitted from the LED lamps(10). The converter circuit(40) is installed on the panel(20). The power line(50) is mounted on the panel(20).
