An automatic PC(Personal Computer) power interception device and a recoding medium recording an interception method are provided to output promptly a document before turning off a PC or previous data when a general user turns on the PC, thereby improving a work environment. A time setting unit(110) sets up the specific time of power interception and a prompt power interception time. A timer operation unit(120) performs counting according to the time set by the time setting unit. A power interception alarming unit(130) alarms a user that the power is intercepted before the time set by the time setting unit. A storage unit(140) stores the set power interception time and setting data defined by other users, and a screen before power-off. A storage processing unit(150) is distributed in the storage, performs data storage, and prevents data from being stored and is responsible for data processing that the screen before power-off when the PC is turned on. A power interception unit(160) intercepts promptly the power of the PC when it is time set by a user according to the operation of the timer operation unit. A center control unit is electrically connected to each part and is responsible for the general control.
