FIELD: ship building. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device intended for loading and unloading loose materials comprises steel bridge (1) representing multi-span beam resting upon pile foundation (2), and mooring pier supporting appliances intended for one or several ship unloaders and/or unloaders (5) and for pier belt conveyor (33) passing over the entire length of aforesaid bridge. Aforesaid unloaders (5) and/or unloaders are arranged to move on along bridge (1) and comprise at least one travelling boom with belt conveyor.
