PURPOSE: A method for preparing a guttate elastic paint film waterproofing agent is provided to prevent fracture of a paint film waterproof coating applied to a concrete structure having cracks, swelling and shrinkage. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises: mixing 40 to 75 wt.% of waste tire particles having the particle size of less than 2 millimeters, 15 to 40 wt.% of a styrene butadiene polymer and 10 to 20 wt.% of a petrolic resin; and adding 140 to 75 wt.% of a mixed solvent of toluene and xylene based on the total weight of the mixture under stirring. The step of stirring the mixture in the mixed solvent of toluene and xylene includes adding 0.11 to 0.15 wt.% of silicon oil as a foaming agent, 0.04 to 0.06 wt.% of zinc diethyl dithiocarbonate as a dispersing agent, and 0.11 to 0.14 wt.% of 2.2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydrokinoline as an antiaging agent, and further adding 0.44 to 0.50 wt.% of dye as a coloring agent. |
