ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) Display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the shape of a surface, crystallinity, and the density of surface particles by using a flexible substrate. An OLED Display panel includes a substrate(100), a positive pole(131), an insulating layer(120), an organic layer(132), and a negative pole(133). A general pixel circuit is formed on the substrate having a thin film transistor and a capacitor. The positive pole(131) is formed as a pattern corresponding to each pixel on a top of the substrate(100) and is electrically connected to the pixel circuit on the substrate(100). The insulating layer(120) covers the positive pole(131) as an insulator and is formed with an opening port(121) to make the positive pole(131) exposed. The organic layer(132) covers the positive pole(131) as a shape corresponding to the exposed opening port(121) of the insulating layer(120). The negative pole(133) is formed on a top of the organic layer(132).
