PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanodiamond dispersion composition suitable for forming a resin part or resin film having high transparency and a high refractive index, and to provide an optical member having such a light-transmissive resin part or resin film.SOLUTION: The nanodiamond dispersion composition (ND dispersion composition X1) of the present invention contains a dispersion medium 12, nanodiamond fine particles (ND fine particles 11) having a particle diameter D50 of 1-50 nm and dispersed in the dispersion medium 12, and emulsion particles 13 of a transparent resin and exhibits a haze of 2.0% or less and a refractive index of 1.6-2.2 after film formation. The optical member of the present invention has a portion formed of the ND dispersion composition X1 in at least a part of a light transmission region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
