PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a communication system, and a communication method, capable of improving communication efficiency.SOLUTION: A communication device comprises a band calculating unit 213, a variation trend calculating unit 214, a band estimating unit 215, and a data size determining unit 217. The band calculating unit 213 transmits a first control signal to a communication destination device at a first timing, calculates a first network band from a first response time for the first control signal, transmits a second control signal to the communication destination device at a second timing, and calculates a second network band from a second response time for the second control signal. The variation trend calculating unit 214 calculates a value indicating a network band variation trend from the first network band and the second network band. The band estimating unit 215 estimates a network band which becomes usable at the time at which communication is performed according to the network band variation trend. The data size determining unit 217 determines a size of the data transmitted and received in communication according to the estimated network band which becomes usable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
