PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize equipment for pasting a long thin rubber material. SOLUTION: This pasting apparatus 16 has a rotary roller 44, of which the rotary shaft is provided in parallel to the width direction of a tread rubber material 10, under the fed tread rubber material 10 and a mold part 48, which is provided on the outer peripheral surface side of the rotary roller 44 to house a rubber material M in the space formed along with the rotary roller 44 and has an extrusion port 40 for extruding the rubber material M as a thin rubber material by accompanying the rotation of the rotary roller 44 formed with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the rotary roller 44. Further, the pasting apparatus 16 has cutters 54 and 56 for cutting the thin rubber material to form strip like TUC (tread under cushion) rubber materials 20 and 21, a downstream side pass rollers 24 and 25 for feeding the TUC rubber materials 20 and 21 in the feed direction of the tread rubber material 10 and an air cylinder 32 for raising and lowering the downstream side pass rollers 24 and 25.
