PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell-culturing facility capable of maintaining a high cleanliness in a cell-preparing chamber and also realizing the physical containment of air in the cell-preparing chamber. SOLUTION: This cell-culturing facility 1 comprises the cell-preparing chamber 6 for performing works associated with the cell preparation, an airlock frontal chamber 5 of the cell preparation chamber 6, and an airlock rear chamber 7, wherein the cell preparation chamber 6 is kept at an atmospheric pressure, the airlock frontal chamber 5 is kept at a higher chamber pressure than that of the cell preparation chamber 6, and the airlock rear chamber 7 is kept at a lower chamber pressure than that of the cell preparation chamber 6.
