The cage includes two types of cells. The first type of cells (12) have extensions with axially-retentive holding tabs (13) for the rolling bodies (e.g. balls) of the bearing. The second type of cells (10) do not have axially-retentive ball holders. The cage is single-piece. The axial holders have resilient tabs (13) constructed integrally with the cage. The first and second types of cell are distributed uniformly along the circumference. The second type have an axial opening with cylindrical walls (11a).
