PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein-polymer-drug conjugate that is biodegradable and biocompatible, and exhibits high drug load and strong binding to target antigen.SOLUTION: The drug conjugate comprises a protein-based recognition-molecule (PBRM) and a polymeric carrier substituted with one or more -L-D. Here, the protein-based recognition-molecule is connected to the polymeric carrier by L. Each occurrence of D is independently a therapeutic agent having a molecular weight ≤5 kDa.
