PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece fixture that hardly generates clamp distortion, and a workpiece fixing method and the like using the same.SOLUTION: A workpiece fixture 1 comprises a base part 2 fixed on a table, and a holding mechanism 10 provided on the base part 2 for holding a workpiece. The holding mechanism 10 comprises a first holding part 20 and a second holding part 30 provided to face each other. The first holding part 20 and the second holding part 30 are configured so that at least one of the holding parts advances and retreats with respect to the other. The advancing/retreating direction crosses a direction of fixing the base part 2 on the table. In the workpiece fixture 1, the base part 2 is fixed on the table after holding the workpiece between the first holding part 20 and the second holding part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
