PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind frequency component converter capable of converting a wind frequency component into an optional frequency, and to provide vibration power generator having the same.SOLUTION: The wind frequency component converter is configured to make a frequency component of wind (W0) flowing into a previous-stage inflow port (14) of a previous-stage slit (10) and a frequency component of wind (W1) flowing out of a subsequent-stage outflow port (25) of a subsequent-stage slit (20) different from each other by setting the number and shape of blades constituting each of a previous-stage blade assembly (11) and a subsequent-stage blade assembly (21) so that the amount of wind flowing out of the subsequent-stage outflow port (25) periodically changes with a position of the previous-stage blade assembly (11) rotated by wind (W0) flowing into a previous-stage inflow port (14).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
