The invention relates to a solar cell device, having a solar cell (1), said solar cell having a semiconductor (2) comprising at least one p-doped region (6) and at least one n-doped region (7), electric p-contacts (10) located on a rear (R) of the solar cell (1) and electric n-contacts (9), said contacts being connected to the correspondingly doped regions (6, 7) of the semiconductor (2), at least one p-bus bar (13) connected to the electric p-contacts (10), and at least one n-bus bar (12) connected to the electric n-contacts (9), wherein the bus bars (12, 13) collect the current from the respective electric contacts (9, 10) and have a longitudinal extension direction (L), and a connector arrangement (14) designed for the electrically conductive connection of at least one of the bus bars (12, 13) of the solar cell (1) to at least one bus bar (13, 12) of an adjacent solar cell. According to the invention, the connector arrangement (14) comprises at least one first connector section (141) running substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal extension direction (L) of the bus bars, said first connector section being connected in a punctiform fashion in connection regions (15) to at least one bus bar (12, 13). The invention further relates to a solar cell module comprising at least two solar cell devices. The invention additionally relates to a connector device (14) for the connection of two solar cells.
