<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superposed signal transmitting apparatus transmitting signals of a plurality of different frequency bands, a superposed signal receiving apparatus surely and quickly receiving the signals of the plurality of different frequency bands and reporting the received signals, a communication system, a superposed signal transmitting method, and a radio-controlled clock apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The superposed signal receiving apparatus 3 receives a superposed signal obtained by superposing a reporting signal including reporting information to be urgently reported and having a frequency band different from that of a time signal based on time information expressing time to the time signal, extracts and detects the time signal by a first filter 25, and extracts and detects the reporting signal by a second filter 28. A first decoder 26 acquires the time information on the basis of the time signal detected by the first filter 25 and a second filter 28 acquires the reporting information on the basis of the reporting signal detected by the second filter 28.
