The present invention comprises: a mobile terminal to receive a beacon signal transmitted from a beacon installed in a store that provides goods or services and transmit the beacon signal and an image photographed by a camera by using a mobile reward application; and an operating center to transmit location-based information based on the location of a user obtained from the beacon signal and the photographed image, wherein the operating center transmits location-based information suitable for the user by authenticating the image photographed by using the mobile terminal and estimating the location where the user currently is and the users interests. The present invention can attract active participation of the user, increase the advertising effect and contribute to sales growth by estimating the location where the user currently is and the users interests through a process of authenticating the image photographed by the mobile terminal and transmitting location-based information (mileage point, coupon and advertisement) suitable for the user. |
