<p>Provided is a method for judging abnormalities of a battery pack, which is provided with a secondary battery composed of at least one cell, and a voltage detecting circuit for measuring the cell voltage of the secondary battery. The method is provided with a voltage measuring step of measuring the cell voltage; and a judging step of judging whether abnormality judging conditions, which are previously set to judge that at least an internal short-circuit of the cell or an abnormality of the voltage detecting circuit is generated, are satisfied or not, and judging at least the internal short-circuit or the abnormality of the voltage detecting circuit is generated, corresponding to the result of the judgment that the abnormality judging conditions are satisfied. Thus, charging is prevented from being continued due to the fact that the cell voltage does not reach a prescribed threshold voltage by the internal short-circuit of the cell and the abnormality of the voltage detecting circuit.</p> |
