PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device which can improve heat dissipation while being reduced in the size in the thickness direction.SOLUTION: An electronic control device 20 comprises: a circuit board on which a heating element is mounted; a bag-shaped metal housing; a connector which is arranged on an opening of the housing; and a bracket which is attached to a vehicle. The housing includes, as an outer surface, a bottom surface, an opposite surface facing a flat surface part, a rear surface of the opposite surface, and a pair of connection surfaces connecting both ends in the Y direction of the opposite surface and the rear surface. The connection surface has a slant surface part in which an interval between the pair of connection surfaces becomes narrower as approaching the rear surface. The bracket includes: a metal intervention part which is intervened between the flat surface part and the opposite surface; and a pair of metal plate spring parts 51 which extends from both ends of the intervention part toward the rear surface side, is respectively brought into contact with the slant surface parts of the pair of connection surfaces, and applies a reaction force due to spring deformation to the corresponding slant surface parts.
