<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage type hot water supply device usable for multiple purposes, which can be set in a balcony or the like without impairing the convenience or appearance thereof, and simplified in piping in anticipation of a future construction work by design change or the like, and a veranda structure for apartment having the storage type hot water supply system. <P>SOLUTION: The storage type hot water supply device 1 comprises a facing case 3 disposed in the vicinity of a vertically extending drain main pipe 5 (or a trap of an exclusive drain groove) set on a veranda V.
