An evaluation or diagnostic kit includes a plurality of applicators containing test substances of various kinds. Each applicator can include a tube, a plug inside the tube, and at least one test substance inside the tube. The plug can be arranged, in use, to be expelled together with the substance when the substance leaves the inside space of the tube. A diagnostic or evaluation method is also provided.
