The communication device comprises a sub-band signal generation module, a guard interval adding module, a filter and a transmission module. The sub-band signal generation module is configured to generate a signal to be sent on at least one sub-band according to at least one sub-band configuration parameter, each sub-band configuration parameter comprising a subcarrier interval and a sub-band width; the guard interval adding module is configured to add a guard interval to the signal to be sent on the at least one sub-band, the guard interval comprising a cyclic prefix for resisting multipath interference and a second time slot for resisting interference caused by filtering; the filter is configured to filter the signal added with the guard interval on the at least one sub-band; and the transmission module is configured to notify a user equipment of the length of the cyclic prefix for resisting multipath interference and the length of the second time slot.
