PURPOSE:To increase the density of magnetic powder, and to improve magnetic characteristics by executing coating treatment by a high molecular material to ferrite group magnetic-material powder in a dispersive medium, adding acid amide and molding the mixture. CONSTITUTION:300g Strontium ferrite (1.5mu mean grain size) and 1.5l water are added into a four-mouth flask of 3l with an agitator, a thermometer and a cooling pipe and kept at 40 deg.C, and a 30g acrylic acid methyl monomer and 60g 6% sulfurous acid water are added, and reacted under agitation for 2hr at 40 deg.C. 0.5wt% stearic acid amide is added to a sample, blended and machined by a roll. A sample to which said substances are not added sticks to the roll from the first time of rolling number, and cannot be molded. Since a resin is brought to the state in which it is dispersed uniformly, the quantity of the resin required for molding may be little, and a shape of excellent magnetic characteristics can be obtained. |
