摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a measuring precision and reliability, by a method wherein, in a furnace which incinerates a substance containing corrosive gas or a corrosive molten salt in a combustion exhaust gas like a waste fluid in a manufacturing process of craft pulps or gultamic acid, the temperature within a furnace is indirectly found through measurement of conditions on the heat-in side and a heat-out side. CONSTITUTION:A waste liquid atomizer 3 and an air nozzle 4 are located below a burner 2, and the waste liquid sprayed in a furance 1 through the waste liquid atomizer 3 is burnt by aid of the air blown in through the air nozzle 4. An incinerator is provided at the lower part with a gas cooling chamber 5 to which a water spraying nozzle 6 is mounted. The combustion gas is cooled by the spray of water through the water spraying nozzle 6, and is discharged through an exhaust gas discharge port 7 formed in the lower part of the gas cooling chamber 5. In this incinerator, to detect the tempeature TX at a position shown by a reference numeral 10, conditions on the heat-in side and the heat-out side of the incinerator 1 are measured to compute them according to the formula. In computation, the data needed as a condition includes a fuel flow rate X1, a fuel combustion air quantity X2, a waste liquid flow rate X3, a quantity X4 of the air for waste liquid combustion, a quantity X5 of a cooling water, and an exhaust gas temperature T6.
