<p>Air cleaning apparatus for installation in a room to form a clean room, and comprising a columnar body housing air circulating means connected to an air inlet and supply air to a duct extending laterally from the body at an upper end thereof, along the lower surface of the ceiling. The air passes to diffuser outlets through an air cleaner downstream of the circulating means and is discharged into the room. Various configurations of any number of ducts and bodies are possible to suit a particular room giving a sufficient discharge of clean air to keep the room completely clean. The apparatus is disposed within the room, which facilitates installation and maintenance.</p> |
