PURPOSE:To improve reliability by installing a jet type soldering apparatus to a rotating shaft on the base stand allowing free oscillation, and rotating the shaft normal and reverse direction and thereby oscillating the flow of solder vertically in welding. CONSTITUTION:The body of a soldering apparatus 10 is installed to a rotating shaft 11 on a base stand 13 allowing free oscillation, and a motor 15 is rotated in normal and reverse direction reciprocally, the shaft 11 is also rotated similarly. The body of soldering apparatus itself makes pendulum motion backward and forward to the direction of advance of a printed circuit board 9. Accordingly, the solder spouted from a nozzle 7 flows along a fin 8 while oscillating vertically. Thus, adhesion of solder to the printed circuit board becomes better, and the shape of solder fillet also becomes ideally conical. |
