PURPOSE:To prevent measurement from becoming impossible even in case when an oscillation source to be measured is grounded with a simple constitution by supplying an output to an indicating circuit through an isolation amplifying circuit by which a capacity and voltage converting circuit is isolated from grounded. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation amplitude detecting output from a capacity and voltage converting circuit 10 constituted of a three terminal capacitor Cx, a high input resistance operational amplifying circuit 11 brought to negative feedback control, etc. is supplied to an indication circuit 18 through an isolation amplifier 17 by which the circuit 10 is not grounded. Accordingly, measurement of an oscillation amplitude does not become impossible even in case when an oscillation source to be measured is grounded with simple constitution by which it is unnecessary to execute an electric insulation, etc., and the measurement can be executed with high accuracy.
