PRODUCTION OF ONE-PIECE MOLDINGS FROM VINYL CHLORIDE RESIN AND SILICONE RUBBER

PURPOSE:A specific vinyl chloride resin composition and a silicone rubber are incorporated using a specific liquid silicone rubber adhesive to give an incorporated molded product which can be adhered, when silicone rubber is molded, and has strong adhesion to facilitate fabrication. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl chloride resin composition containing more than 1wt% of an inorganic filler with a specific surface area of more than 50m<2>/g is adhere to silicone rubber with an adhesive composition which is obtained by adding a silane coupling agent and/or an alkyl titanate to a liquid silicone rubber. The vinyl chloride resin composition includes less than 30wt% plasticizers. The liquid silicone rubber contains 0.1-5wt% of a silane coupling agent and 0.3-5wt% of an alkyl titanate.
