FIELD: manufacturing technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to membrane keyboards (MK) or combined keyboards, button-membrane or piezo-membrane ones, on the front surface of which there is a decorative membrane with designation of keys. Proposed membrane keyboard includes a printed circuit board with contact pads, a closing element arranged above the contact pads, a protective plate with mounting seats arranged above the printed circuit board, herewith in the mounting seats there are fixed protective inserts made from an elastic material forming keys and made able to transfer at pressing the pressure force to the closing element due to elastic deformation along the vertical axis of the key, herewith the protective plate is made so that its lower edges to cover end faces of the printed circuit board, the front membrane with applied symbols installed on the upper surface of the protective plate.EFFECT: higher reliability of a membrane keyboard by retaining operability at external mechanical effect and/or exposure of aggressive media.11 cl, 1 dwg |
