PURPOSE:To perform automatic winding at a high speed by using a winding means which turns one end of a pierced lead wire around the core outer periphery, moves it to the one side face of the core, and winds the lead wire on the core. CONSTITUTION:A knitting needle 2 is vertically installed in relation to the magnetic path of a toroidal core 4 and is normally moved up and down. The tip of this knitting needle 2 has a hook 21 as a holding hook section and can hold, hook, and lift a lead wire 5. The knitting needle 2 hooks the lead wire 5 arranged on the one face side of the toroidal core 4 and pierces the inner hole section of the toroidal core 4 to the other face side, then a receiving bar 3 grasps and rotates it to the outer periphery side of the toroidal core 4, thus the lead wire 5 is wound on the toroidal core 4. Accordingly, the lead wire 5 is wound by repeating these actions in sequence. |
