PURPOSE:To continue data transmission even when a fault takes place in the transmission line with high transmission efficiency by confirming the transmission of data at the entire multiplex communication line. CONSTITUTION:When plural information processors 11-14 execute mutual communication, the arrival of a sent data to the opposite party is confirmed by not a transmission line unit by by the entire multiplex communication line. For example, a reception order number field N(R) of a communication control field of an (MDT packet) sets a transmission order number R. This gives the reception confirmation of MDT packets up to N(S)=R-1 to the opposite information processor. The sending order number S is set to a transmission order number field N(S). This gives a means of order matching of the MDT packet to the opposite information processor. The value of the reception order number field N(R) of the received MDT packet represents that the MDT packets whose transmission order number is up to N(R)-1 in the MDT packets sent to the opposite information processor are received by the opposite information processor.
