PURPOSE:To facilitate traction when a vehicle gets out of order by shifting a speed change gear to a neutral step or a speed change step with a large gear ratio by operation of a selector lever. CONSTITUTION:When a selector lever 7 is operated, four switches of ON switch 71, B switch 72, a speed change switch 73 and E switch are interlocked according to the arrangement. The ON switch 71 and the B switch 72 are connected by a lead wire 75, and the speed change switch 73 and the E switch 74 are connected by a lead wire 76. Accordingly, at a select position in the OFF range, four switches are not entirely connected to an electronic control device 9 or a battery 16 to be in the off state, so that when a vehicle gets out of order, gear traction can be facilitated.
