PURPOSE:To obtain a developed image of high quality (high picture quality) which has neither an image irregularity nor fogging stably all the time by arranging a toner supply member at >=2 places on a circumference of rotation. CONSTITUTION:A table 1 shows the relation between the quantity of intrusion (set to 2.0 and 1.0mm) of a rubber blade 19 as a toner supply member and the rotating speed that a toner conveyance member 61 requires when the device is put in operation while the 1st toner conveyance member 61 is equipped with two rubber blades 19 (two-blade type) and when the device is put in operation while only one blade 19 is provided. Namely, the rotating speed of the toner conveyance member 61 required to supply a necessary amount of toner within a certain time is made lower than the two-blade type is employed than when the one-blade type is employed, and the load on the toner at the toner storage part 3 due to the rotation of the member 61 is reduced. Consequently, toner deterioration due to the load and the image irregularity and fogging due to an irregularity in the mixing and dispersion of supply toner to a developer are eliminated.
