TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE LAMINATE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide excellent performance as a transparent electrode by laminating a layer contg. an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer between a high- polymer material layer and layer contg. a thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:An under coating layer 3, the layer 4 contg. the ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer and the layer 5 contg. the thermosetting resin are laminated in this order on one face of the high-polymer material layer 2 to form the transparent substrate 7. A transparent conductive layer 1 is laminated on the other face of such transparent substrate 7 to constitute a transparent conductive laminate. The layer contg. the ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer is not formed as an exposed surface and is not directly contiguous to the transparent conductive layer. An etching treatment is, therefore, executed without the decrease of transparency of the layer contg. the ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer and without the deterioration of the permeation preventive performance of steam of gaseous oxygen in the stage of patterning the transparent conductive layer by the etching treatment.
