PURPOSE:To securely load and unload loads while preventing receiving efficiency from degradation and the loads from damages caused by dropping by vertically moving the load with the circular motion of a movable arm while sending stepwise back and forth the load. CONSTITUTION:A conveyer unit 7 is provided with a longitudinal fixed arm 8 insertable between leg pieces Wa of a load W mounted on the floor surface of a container, while being constituted such that a longitudinal movable arm 9 receiving the bottom surface Wb of load W is provided to be circularly moved on a vertical surface by a crank mechanism 10. In unloading, the horizontal portion 8a of the fixed arm 8, while a first arm portion 9a at both sides thereof is lowered, is inserted into a space between the leg pieces Wa on the bottom of the load W arranged on the floor surface of container, and then first and second crankshafts 10a, 10b are rotated clockwise. In loading, the load W on a conveyer bed is pushed toward the conveyer unit side 7 by a press means consisting of a chain 6, while the first and second crankshafts 10a, 10b are rotated counterclockwise.
