PURPOSE:To prevent an overshoot state with an integrating action and to shorten the control time by reading out the proper ARW value in response to the set value after replacement when the set value is replaced and setting again the new ARW value after automatic replacement. CONSTITUTION:An input circuit 1 supplies the analog signal which is converted from the control value and amplified and delivers it after conversion into a digital signal. A setting circuit 3 sets the set value (target value) S together with an integral constant, a proportional constant, a differential constant, etc. A memory 4 stores the proper ARW values (convergence estimated value) alphacorresponding to various set values S obtained through the circuit 3 in addition to a program which actuates a CPU 2. When the set value S is changed, the CPU 2 reads the proper ARW value out of the memory 4 in response to the changed set value and replaces automatically it with the new ARW value to set it again. An output circuit 6 outputs the PID (proportional/integral/ differential) output added with the ARW value alpha based on each set value or the PI (proportional/integral/) output.
