PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage, fire, etc. of a device at the time of the occurrence of abnormality by lowering and horizontally moving a heating device, and disconnecting said device from a heating source by a lifting means and a movable means which are interlocked with an abnormality detector. CONSTITUTION:When abnormal yarn or end breakage is detected by a detector 19, a cutting device 16 and a suction device 15 are immediately operated to start the cutting and sucking of yarn Y. At the same time, an electromagnetic selector valve 23 is switched over, a cooling device 4 is lowered until a defined position by means of a cylinder 13, and a heating device 7 is greatly lowered from a position right under a spinneret to the lower part of a spin block 1, forming a sufficient operating space in between. And, when the cooling deice 4 is lowered turning on a limit switch 24, a cylinder 12 is moved forward greatly dividing the heating device 7 right and left and the heating power source of a heating cylinder 9 and a heating plate 10 is turned off to shut off the feeding of heat to the heating device 7. Thereby, the attachment of yarn to heaters, accumulation of yarn in a heating zone and, further, the generation of fire of deposited polymer, and the like, can be prevented rapidly and securely.
