PURPOSE:To form the titled converter into the semiconductor integrated circuit with a simple state including a low pass filter by using a delay processing by a digital delay circuit and an addition processing by an analog adder circuit so as to apply filter processing. CONSTITUTION:The digital delay circuit 2 consists of latch circuits and transmits a digital signal Din with a delay of one or two clocks. The analog adder circuit 3 add analog outputs in terms of currents outputted from D/A converters 11, 12 respectively and the added analog signal is extracted as a voltage signal from a common connecting point. A kind of filter processing is applied by the delay processing of the digital delay circuit 2 and the adder processing of the analog adder circuit 3. Thus, the reflected noise in the analog signal obtained by D/A conversion is eliminated efficiently by a simple low pass filter 4 comprising a resistor Rt and a capacitor Ct only.
