PURPOSE:To obtain a glossy product without forcing out a resinous solution which is applied comparatively in great quantities, by a method wherein a ultraviolet curing resinous solution is applied comparatively in great quantities, the coated material is passed through a first irradiation part of ultraviolet rays, and after the same has been turned into a semi-dried state, the same is passed through between press contacting rollers while attaching a base material or a clad material and then passed again through a second irradiation part of the ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION:A first irradiation part 6 is arranged on the inside between an application roll 2 and pressure roll 4, and a long-sized clad material 8 is sent into a space between the pressure roll 4 and a heating roll 5 while applying a resinous solution to the inside by passing the clad material 8 between the application roll 2 and a back-up roll 3. In the meantime, the resinous solution is made into a semi-dried state by irradiation ultraviolet rays to the surface of the resinous solution through the first irradiation part 6. On one hand, a long-sized base material 9 is sent into between the pressure roll 4 and heating roll 5 while the same is being led by a guide roll 10. The resinous solution which has been interposed between the clad material 8 and base material 9 and is in the semi-dried state is passed through between the pressure roll 4 and heating roll 5 while the resinous solution is being contacted with pressure. Then the same is led by a guide roll 11, passes through a second irradiation part 7, the resinous solution is cured completely, the clad material 8 is stuck onto the base material 9 and laminate processing is performed. |
